Yes, it is possible to get but remember the low rank mean in general is 1500. Well now vacancy may lead the rank upto 3000. So that is what I can tell you. See if you talk about Nit Rourkela it is obviously a good college when compared to Nit Andhra Pradesh. You get more opportunities in nit Rourkela as compared to nit Andhra Pradesh.
