       Nit Raipur cutoffs for metallurgical engineering for various categories are

General    -  hs 1 lakh | os 41k

Obc          -  hs 43 k     | os 18k

Sc            -  hs 18k       | os 6k

St             -   hs 4k         | os 4.5k

Hs stands for homestate

Os stands for other state

NIT Jamshedpur is well known for Metallurgy. But I suggest you take NIT Trichy since it's the best NIT & placement will definitely good. Also, you will get much better peer group & Campus Culture. Apart from these, NIT Durgapur & NIT Rourkela do have good Metallurgy department.
