The WBJEE JENPAUH 2019 counselling is supposed to be starting from the second week of August for BSc nursing precisely. No official dates have been provided or declared yet so I am not being able to give you any exact information regarding the same.

Going for Government colleges might not be fruitful as the total number of seats alotted for BSC Nursing is about 325 seats and given your rank, it might not be possible for you to get a seat in them. Belonging to a reserved category might be helpful though

Hello there. It's always the marks which decides the marks and on the basis of your marks your rank is being decided. So for jenpauh it cutoff marks rather than any rank.
