The Programming Frameworks used in mobile technology works similar to that of Web Programming Frameworks. You can opt for B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and it provides many fundamentals which can be useful for you to pursue in Mobile Technology. Or you can take 2 Year Introductory Courses on Computer Science to learn more about Data Structures and Algorithms. A separate degree is not the only factor which will help you in pursing it, but you must have your own interest, like you can take up online Courses and other certified Courses to boost your knowledge more!

Yes you can apply for the counselling for mbbs through mobile phone but using a desktop/laptop is recommended for easy navigation.

But in case you can only use mobile try using the chrome browser and once you open the site,you can check mark on desktop site option.It will show you how the desktop site looks in your phone.

Generally almost all Degree college and hostels, UG and PG colleges and hostels will allow mobile phones but not to be used during class hours.

If students use mobile phone during class hours they may take some actions on studies.

Basically in vivekananda's college, chennai hostel use of mobile phone is prohibites. there is seperately a locker in which mobile phones are placed but students are not permitted to use mobile phones as far as i know. However there are STD AND ISD ,PCO facilities .for exact information you can check the colleges website.

For any exam center there must be some place near to security guard where we need to put our belongings like bag,purse, etc. So you can put your phone in bag and put it there. If you dont have bag then you can tell them, they will assist you and cooperate you.
