Yes Purushotam you can appear for BPSC. You can fill up the form in the last year of your graduation. However, for the exam, you will have to study a different subject as there is no option of a Computer Science paper in BPSC. ALL THE BEST :)
You may opt for IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur. These are some top college to pursue B.Tech. in Computer Science Branch. Apart from that, You can go for Top NITs.
You can only get admission in MCA in NITs through NIMCET as there is no management or direct seat quota so I would suggest you to prepare for the entrance test and get decent score so that you can easily get admission there in top NITs. Also, as of now
