No! you are not eligible for MTech program through gate, you can apply for Integrated PhD programs/MSc programs using the GATE rank. Only after MSc you can do MTech programs. There are some institutes which offers MSc-MTech dual degree courses which you can join but you are not eligible for MTech course.

I hope you are doing fine, VIT Vellore from M.Tech (integrated), about 85%-90% of the students get placed in many product-based companies. From this course, all students gets internships opportunities as in the 4th year, many reputed companies visit the college and hire students for internships for 10 months. For admission in any M.Tech course, the eligibility criteria requires that a candidate should have passed 4 years B.Tech or B.E from a recognized university.It doesn't matter which college it is, it just has be valid and recognized by UGC. For admission in M.Tech most of the college ask for a valid GATE score or any PG entrance exam score. Some college conduct their own entrance exam followed by interview for admission in M.tech courses.
