Five years Integrated M. Tech is valid for Government Jobs  and private jobs. But You need to pursue the course from a UGC and AICTE Recognized University .

As far my knowledge Integrated M. tech CSE in VIT is approved by UCG . so you will be also recruited by software companies and other private sectors. Your certificate is valid . so you can also apply for government job also if you are interested.

Vellore institute of technology, Vellore offers 5 year integrated Mtech program in corporation with Virtusa. It is usually chosen by individuals who fail to get a desired seat through VITEEE scores and have performed good in their +2 examination. The course curriculum is updated every year and is oriented towards all round development and making one corporate ready. The labs, facilities, faculties are good as it sponsored by one of the tech giants.

If we talk about the negative points its syllabus being similar to that BTech in Computer science and engineering, companies tend to pick those students as they have better core knowledge and have dealt topics in depth. hope you are doing fine and great. As per your query, I would glad to know you that in my opinion NIT nagpur would be a very good option for persuing mtech. NIT nagpur holds 27th rank in nirf ranking . Morever, It has very good alumi network and brand name with a high class faculties at doctorate level . Placement scenario is also very decent , more thna 80 percent student get placed with an average package of 3.3 lakhs

It provides M.Tech in structural Engineering.

The total fees of the course is INR 37,050.

The duration of the course is 2 years.

With reference to your query, I would glad to inform you that IIT delhi is inviting applications for Post graudate program MTECH in cybersecurity from year 2021 only in the month of march applications was opened. On their official site , they  clearly said for admissions Candidates interested in the MTech programme must note that they need to be General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) qualified.

Any day VIT Vellore is a better option , they offer a lot of placements for all of their courses , from second year you can start your internships as well.

In Amrita  the 5 year Data science programme was just started 3 years back and I don't think they have proper facilities or requirements that is needed for an integrated course.

However in VIT Vellore try applying for BTech programmes and then do your masters in IIM or Abroad. Integrated students will not get as many companies as CSE and IT students , if you join the clubs in VIT you have a fair chance of getting placements . So lastly comparing both the colleges , VIT Vellore comes out as a better option
