The maximum probability is to conduct it online. In many states the exams are conducted online. So in these case also its expected to happen online.

Yes, Not only in Mumbai University, but in all Public Universities and Engineering Institutes with exception of Medical Institutes you may expect the Spring semester of 2020-21 to be completely online as the Covid situation is still not neutralised and the vaccine is yet to make its impact.
