I have PCM+CS and im planning on dropping Chem for graphics but music being my college objective, can I change CS to music production even if the school doesnt teach it. Id self teach myself the subject but does CBSE allow it?

Hope you are doing great ! At this stage you can't do this thing you can't change your subject ,cbse will not allow it ,and in future you will face problems so it is recommended not to do that thing .

I am a cbse class 11 student.I have my term 1 music exam on 27 sep and to be honest I didnt have any idea about what to do and what not.If someone can help me out and tell me how can I prepare for it since the theory portion will be of 15 marks only and 15 marks goes out for practical.

You need not be tensed for your 11th grade (CBSE) music exam. As you said your music exam will consist of two parts:

THOREY EXAM (15 MARKS)

Theory is a written test which involves instruments, notes, history of music, meanings, etc. Start preparing 2 months before your exams

The minimum eligibility criteria for completing bachelor of education in music is to complete a bachelor's degree in any specialisation. Yes you can do this course after completing master of Arts.
