The exact cutoff percentile is not yet announced by National Testing Agency to be eligible for JEE Advance and since the exam was conducted in various shifts this year it cannot be estimated. 

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise percentile.

Whether you have qualified jee mains and are  eligible for jee advance or not will depend upon whether you have crossed the cutoff marks declared by NTA officially. This cutoff will be different for different categories of students. As of now, the cutoff have not been declared and

Though it is difficult to predict the cutoff for any particular college now but any rank below 2,00,000 might get you qualified for JEE

It is difficult to predict the actual rank or JEE Advanced qualifying marks as for the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice and rank will be based on NTA percentile score.

You have got good percneperc but the percentage and cut off would be calculated again for the second session so it would completely depend on that performance too and you could see carrers 360 link of prevopre year cut off and ranks you would get an idea about that
