You may be on border line for pec but nothing can be exactly said because we can not find out exact rank .
Rank will be depend upon April exam and number of students and percentile sequence. So you have to wait till April result.
But we can assume a rough idea about rank
Rank = (100- your percentile ) *total number of students / 100
It comes out the be nearly more than 35-45 thousand.
With this rank you will not get good college with core branch.( You can see previous year cut offs also)( but nothing is fixed statistics may be change )
So i would suggest to prepare for April exam ( you can do better ).
Good luck
For a male candidate and having punjab as home state can have some of branches like Industrial and Production, Civil, Biotechnology, Chemical,textile in NITpunjab.Your rank would be around 30000. But if you get rank around 25000 than you can get some of good branches in NIT punjab.
