Yes you will be able to get admission in nit Durgapur if you belongs to home state quota. You can get any branch in nit Durgapur except cse department. 

If you belongs to other state quota then you will be eligible for only bio -Technology.

Definitely MANIT Bhopal is way lot better than NIT Durgapur. MANIT Bhopal has various Clubs and Societies which are actually a sign of good environment. Also, MANIT Bhopal has a far better academic culture and peaceful, non violent environment than NIT Durgapur.
