If you are looking for CSE stream then you should go with NIT DURGAPUR.If you have little bit interest in EEE then you can stay with NIT WARANGAL as placement and exposure of WARANGAL is quite good.After one year,branch matter not tag.So go with your interest.

Definitely MANIT Bhopal is way lot better than NIT Durgapur. MANIT Bhopal has various Clubs and Societies which are actually a sign of good environment. Also, MANIT Bhopal has a far better academic culture and peaceful, non violent environment than NIT Durgapur.

As per the resources available, It shows that NIT SILCHAR,ASSAM IS BETTER THAN NIT DURGAPUR,WEST BENGAL.

The above suggestion as per the ratings given to these colleges.the rating of NIT SILCHAR is 4.2, and that Of NIT DURGAPUR is 3.7.

But NIT Durgapur provides more UG courses than NIT SILCHAR.

both the Nits provides almost the same facilities to their students.

Based on previous year cutoffs and your category rank, you have very low chances to get NIT Durgapur even under Home State Quota. Though you can hope to get these branches there - 

Bio-Technology - 7457(HS) and 7365(OS)

Chemical Engineering - 7107(HS)

These are the closing ranks at NIT Durgapur for different branches. And these are the only possibilities here.

If I consider you that your home state is West Bengal then also you won't able to get a seat in NIT Durgapur. As per last year, the closing rank student who got rank up to 8934 got admission here so you don't have a chance to get admission in NIT Durgapur. But never lose hope keep on trying.
