Chances are very bleak for NIT warangal as around 180 plus scores are required on average.
You have however good chances with NIT Sikkim and NIT Manipur.
IIIT Bhagalpur is another good option you have.
Also you can try out private engineering colleges like Shiv nadar Dadri, Thapar Patiala, SIT

Hey Nookaraju. The cut off of NIT Goa for OBC-NCL in the year 2016 was 41264. Considering this there are pretty much chances of you getting a seat there in CSE. It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
