Hello karan, as per the previous years stats your rank is much higher than the cutoff rank for 'other states' quota. If you are from Goa than you have a good chance for admission at NIT goa. For other states the closing rank of electrical and electronics engineering in 2017 was 18001. You can try for NIT Goa.

It depends upon the students enrolled per round.You have to For round 1,2,3 for get the admission in NIT Goa.
