NIT GOA is an old institute and was established in 2010 with NIRF rank 85 whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is a new institute established in 2015 which has not received any ranking yet. The facilities and infrastructure are better at NIT GOA in comparison
According to NIRF Rankings, Veeramata Jijabai Technological Institute stands first with the rank of 71, IIIT Jabalpur stands second with the rank of 80 and NIT Goa stands third with the rank of 188. Hence choosing VJTI is preferable as it stands first in rankings.
