In my opinion it is a good branch because if you have interest in mathematics and you are willing to give your effort than indeed it is a good option. An for newly added branches you would not know until the results for new batches are released.

Unfortunately no you can not get admission at nit hamirpur even in state qouta and your category rank. As your percentile is very poor you have very less chances still you can check other college using our college predictor tool
