It is difficult to say the cutoff of ews category as this is applying first time.but if your rank is less than 50k or 55k in general you have a chance to get a seat in NIT Jamshedpur or BIT Mesra.Y ou can check here cutoff of previous year

JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time so it is difficult to predict and NTA Scores for both of the attempts will be taken into consideration and the best of the two attempts will be considered for ranking purposes.

As per the previous year, The closing rank of home state quota for CSE branch was around 14436 as General category of NIT Jamshedpur. You can check the cutoff for other branches with the given below link.

I assume you are talking about admission in NIT Jamshedpur. For admission to B. Tech courses NIT Jamshedpur only uses the JEE Main score. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) / Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) allocates the seats for Under Graduate Programmes through Common Counseling process.

With this marks you can get NIT Jamshedpur but not CSE or Mech or may be ECE. Other than these branc you can get almost all.

For NIT Patna i am not sure about CSE but other than CSE you can almost all the branch in NIT patna.

See this score might be too low even using all ur quota to get a seat in the NIT JAMSHEDPUR for pursuing ur higher studies in btech career. U should be opting for some other colleges like SRM , LPU , MANIPAL for ur higher studies in the private institutions. U can also give COMEDK , BITSAT etc entrance test to show ur caliber there.
