I assume you are talking about admission in NIT Jamshedpur. For admission to B. Tech courses NIT Jamshedpur only uses the JEE Main score. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) / Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) allocates the seats for Under Graduate Programmes through Common Counseling process.

With this marks you can get NIT Jamshedpur but not CSE or Mech or may be ECE. Other than these branc you can get almost all.

For NIT Patna i am not sure about CSE but other than CSE you can almost all the branch in NIT patna.

See the marks u have scored is considered is considered as the average score in JEE MAINS. With this score u will be able to get both of these colleges for pusuing ur higher studies in btech. U will get most of the average colleges like NIT JALANDHAR
