National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur
Hello Kunal,
To get into branches like ECE, EEE, Mechanical here, you need to score at least above 160 (rank about 20-22k) in Mains provided you are from Jharkhand and for getting CSE you need to score above 180 (rank about 12–13k).
Exact marks are very difficult to tell because each year cutoff n ranking is changing. For sure short admission in nit Jamshedpur, u should score more than 130 to get any branch.
Hope this helps.
It would be difficult to provide you the exact qualifying score or admission cutoff as JEE Main is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile score which will be decleared in the month of April after the both of the session ( Jan & April).
Good Luck!

Hey Abhishek Kumar,
According to NIRF MHRD government of India NIT Trichurapalli is ranked at 11, NIT Rourkela is ranked at 15, NIT Warangal is ranked at 25, and NIT jamshedpur is ranked at around 100-150. It means that NIT trichurapalli is best among all the above colleges because NIRF ranking is given based on the Placements, Faculty, Facilities and Providence!
Considering these all factors NIT Trichurapalli is best among all the NIT’s in India.
All the best!
In order to get admission in NITs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a general Category & 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in your class XII exam conducted by the respective board.
