For getting admission in any NIT/IIIT, you need to score atleast 75% marks in class 12th. So, as you have only 62%, you won't be able to get admission there.

Firstly congrats for your awesome results!!Now in my opinion you should take up EEE in NIT Jamshedpur or BIT Mesra rather than CSE in IIIT because firstly the scope of EEE is much more wide than CSE thus if you are taking EEE then you are keeping many scopes open to yourself.Secondly Jamshedpur or Mesra is a highly industrial area thus you can easily secure a good payed job over there and you can settle.Thirdly, the placement History of Mesra is the best and also that of NIT Jamshedpur is very much comparable to it than IIITs.

Hello Sonu, It's a nice selection. It is good in terms of Faculty, Infra., Placement...  The highest package offered in the year, 2017 was Rs. 33 LPA and the average package was about Rs. 10 LPA. 

For admission Entrance examination that needs to be qualified: JEE (UG), GATE / JAM (PG), NIMCET (MCA). All the best
