You should rather go for Government engineering college Aurangabad electrical engineering because this will sav eyour entire 1 year.
GEC Aurangabad has very giod placements, excellent RoI and very good brand reputation.
For preparation ckurse you can get IIT Tirupati, Dharwad for Mechanical engineering for sure.
However you have to again appear Jee Advanced next year and qualify for IIT.
