As per notification of NIMCET-2018, if you are appearing in the last year of qualfying examination then you are eligible for NIMCET, but you will have to furnish the proof that your degree will be complete till the month of september. you can use declaration letter from the head of institution with signature as a proof. you will have to submit the proof of your eligibility at the time of counselling/admission.

Dear Ansari, The Eligibility criteria for NIMCET is that you should have passed your B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible) OR B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University. You need to complete your BCA to apply for NIMCET.
nimcet not mentioning about 12 percentage marks in the Information bulletin.They talk about graduation marks in their information bulletin.

Yes you are eligible for NIMCET 2019 provided you have atleast scored 65% in your degree.
The common NIMCET 2019 application form will be released online in the first week of March. Candidates must use their personal phone number and email-ID to register as a new user and fill the aplication form. Scanned copies of recent photgrapgh, signature,mark-sheets , etc. will also be required for uploading.
