   Considering you NTA percentile your probable General Rank is around 1,12,821. It may change depending on various circumstances. Now, if I tell you the previous year closing rank of NIT Raipur for home state students for mechanical engineering branch which is around 93,112. If I consider that this year also cutoffs will not deviate much then you may miss your admission in NIT Raipur. you will always have the options to get admission in some other colleges. The final cut off list will be declared by NTA after the April session of the JEE mains examination.

As for now, your probable rank can be calculated. 

Now, A total of 874469 candidates wrote the exam. Since the percentile is calculated from a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees, the formula applies the total number of students in the January session which is 874469 /100 multiplied by the percentage of people who are ahead of you to arrive at the rank.

Therefore, the formula to calculate the JEE Main 2019 rank for January 2019 is

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- 77.147 ) X 874469 /100 = 199842 (approximately)

This rank may inflate or deflate depending on the total number of candidates who write the examination. in the April session. 

You could take a probable calculation and see where you stand. This means that you take a hypothetical number of the candidates who will appear in April. If you go by past trends, the figures are somewhat between 11 lakhs to 12 lakhs. Using this as a basis, use the NTA score and see which JEE Main rank you will get. 

Using the same formula,

If NTA percentile score is 77.147, JEE Main rank will be (100-77.147) X 1200000/100 = 274236

Now, using this estimated calculation, you can check previous year cut off trends and think of an idea of the probable colleges.

firstly the admission goes on JEE rank not on marks since it depends on the branch to branch last cut off while i would like to check with cut off in the below link as per home state and othere state

you can't get admitted in nit raipur with the cg pet exam.because it wont accept cg pet marks, you can check it out through this link:

LNCT firstly is private institute and NIT Raipur is of national importance. 

Metallurgy engineering is considered having abov e70%placements at NIt Raipur with average package of 5.5lpa.

LNCT for ECe brnach gets 4.5lpa average salary anad above 75%placements.

So overall For teaching, placements and brand recognition go woth  NIT Raipur.

Both are good in there respected places. But i will suggested you to go with the NIT. Beccouse overall the percentage of NIT is excellent compare to VSSUT. All the company are MNC which is visiting to the NIT in the state of Raipur.
