but lnct is a good college and your branch is CSE great. So if you have financial problem then go for NIT other wise LNCT

Yes, ofcourse it is good to take chemical engineering in nit because as we all know that nit is one of the top colleges of India and it's faculties are highly experienced and placement record is also very good.so you have to go for it.

Metallurgy is a boring branch. You can go with ECE in IIIT ranchi.

ECE is a good and interesting branch. But there is not any building for IIIT ranchi its own.
