In previous years the highest package for iet Luknow for cs was INR 36 LPA and the average CTC was INR 5 LPA.

In NIT Raipur the highest package for mechanical was INR 32 LPA and the average CTC was 8 LPA.

The hostels are pretty good in Nit Raipur , but the problem is that the number of hostels are very less, the facilities offered by the hostel are very good, and the fees is also very less, in order to get a hostel , the student has to score well in the semester exams. DTU IT is the best option present with you at the moment its not that all other college you mentioned are not at par with dtu but you told that you want to start a startup so delhi is the best place to do so as it is full of resources also dtu it placements are great so you will have a backup option as well.
