Integrated M.sc in mathematics is a five year course  in the Natonal Institute of Technology,Rourkela,the eligibility for the admission to the M.sc course is that a student must have passed B.sc with the proposed specialization as relevant subject.

the admission to the Integrated M.sc will only be through Central Seat

No, you cant get admission based on your OJEE scor, you have to appear JEE Mains to get admission at NIT Rourkela.
