In my opinion you should go for ECE at YMCA, Faridabad rather than opting EEE at NIT Sikkim. I'll suggest you to choose engineering branch over the college as after completion of studies, your subject will remain with you till your entire job and not your college.

Nowadays, ECE has a better scope than EEE. These students are getting placed with high packages similar to that of CSE students.

For getting a seat in NIT Sikkim you must gill the form of Josaa counselling which is completely an online process and based on priority order of branches and colleges. This process can be completed through the official website of Josaa. The last date for filling the form is 25 June which is same date as of choice locking too and later all registrations will be closed and first list is to be launched on 27 June.

based On your percentile, you wont be able to get CSE branch in niit Sikkim . 

 You might get admission in nit in other branches like mechanical or non CSE branches . 

keep up and you may for  colleges if you really wanna choose CSE branch . You may look for the list of colleges based on rank by career360 predictor .

For gettting Nit sikkim civil branch you need to get a rank at least below 40000. Last year closing rank for other state general category students for civil engineering branch was 39865 so it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in nit sikkim with this rank. But you may get a seat in Nit arunachal in spot rounds. Last year in biochemical engineering closing rank for the home students in biochemical engineering was 522151. So you can try your luck in spot rounds of josaa. All the best.

Hmm there is little tough decision to take by comparing above two colleges .

By looking at the ranking of the college 3.5 is for NIT.

My suggestion is to go for NIT keeping in view about the placement too.

I am very very sorry to say that you cannot take admission in any central govt. Engineering college as you don't have 75% in boards. I don't know about your state entrance but you cannot seek admission in nit Sikkim . Hope this info would help you.
