First of all in some year jobs for EC will increase and also EC's is very good branch.
As you know DTU is better than NITS.
And you will live in delhi if you choose DTU rather than a village like region.

I would suggest you not to go for both the NIT as they are located in isolated places and wouldn't provide your the needed exposure.

Mit muzaffarpur is old one and is best. However you can choose nit Sikkim also.

Life at NIT sikkim is good. Thogh infrastructure is not upto that but it is sufficient for students because it is situated in remort place.
In terms of placement its is improving in both ways in quality wise also and quantity wise also. Overall it is good.
