You have not mentioned which course you need in detail.Admissions for B.Tech and B.Arch will be purely based on the marks scored from JEE exam.However, for M.Tech and M.Arch the applications were issued starting from April 5th and it ends by June 30,2019.For MS by research
Obviously IIT rourkee is better than nit trichy for communication engineering.
