Hello sunny, I think you will be having a lots of good colleges on your plate. I would suggest you to not AIM for only one college or institute. you should look for other opportunities also. who knows whats in store for you at other place.

if you belong to any caste then you have a good chance at NIT,Trichy

With this much percentile there are decent chances that you will get a seat in NIT, Tiruchirapalli.

But in order to know your final result and the colleges you will get in that rank, you have to wait as of now. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE main exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd exam i.e. April 30. The NITs will declare their respective cutoffs afterwards.

You can get an idea using the previous year cutoffs. I am providing you a link wherein you can get the previous year cutoffs.
