The cutoff depends on the category wise, Home state Quota/ Other state Quota. As per the last year cutoff NIT Trichy CSE cutoff was 324 Opening Rank & 2120 Closing rank as Other State Quota. You can check the cutoff for other branches with the given below link.

Till date there is no such announcements regarding change in eligibility criteria of neet exam 2019. Eligibility of neet 2019 is to qualify 10+2 with at least aggregate 50% with subjects physcis, chemistry, biology.
