My rank in obc category in jee mains is 149556.Will I get a seat in nit warangal under ap quota?

Your rank is quite high. Even if the obc rank would have been in near thousands then there would have been a chance to get admission into nit warangal. State quota applied on the rank you obtained won't let you have one such of your choice. However you may wait for the counselling proceedings to begin.
