hiii dear!!!! 138 is a very good marks to obtain in clat which can assure you a seat in in top 5 of the nlus. in 2017, the cut off for nlu bangalore was 139.75, nlu hyderabad had 132.5 and other nlus had a cut off less than 130. but since many students have reviewd that his year the question paper was a bit easier, so the cut off may get high and if it comes true then with this score you mat get top 7-9 nlus.
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1-200. If you belong to general category then it may be a little difficult to get into NLSIU Bangalore because they have only 55 seats for general category students but you can surely get any other NLUs. And if you fall in reserved category then you can very easily get any college you want.
