Rashmita Paul 14th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

For State Ayurvedic college and Hospital, Lucknow, there are only 50 seats. And your score is very low for the BAMS course. So for  BAMS one must score 420+  for general category for government college. For private it is 300+.   As your NEET score is 280. Your Overall Percentile is: 76.61 - 77.21 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :  324663 - 394813.  You will not get chance in this college.

I may get 470 marks in neet 2020 belongs to Maharashtra state which college in maharashtra MBBS is suitable for my score with fee structure upto 400000/year max

Rishita hari 13th Oct, 2020

Hello student,

you have mentioned that you have Maharashtra state domicile, so you will be able to take part in state counselling, but as you have scored 470 marks in NEET, and assuming you are from general category, by going through the previous years cutoffs it will be difficult for you to secure a government MBBS college.

And, also this years expected cutoff for Maharshatra state is also going to be sky high as cutoffs depend upon various factors and change every year.

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra please follow this link for college wise cutoff in Maharashtra.

You have a chance for the colleges like

  • Indian Institute of medical sciences
  • Prakash Institute of medical sciences
  • Vedanta Institute

As, these colleges are state private colleges, not deemed, so the yearly fees will be within 4lacs. Now to know your better chance in finding out the college you can check the college predictor tool https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hello Dear Student,

The Cut off depends on various factors. But in Round 1 All India Counselling of MCC, the Cut off for Government Medical Colleges for General Category was: AIR 12348.

Now Coming on expected Cut off for Round 2 Counselling:

For this You can take a Idea from Seat Matrix available on MCC Website for Round 2.

According to latest Seat Matrix:

Total Vacancies =10537

Include Vacanices due to Non joining = 7172

Due to Resignation: 179, Due to cancel:16, Due to Inclusion of newly created seats: 682, Unallotted Seats upto Round 1: 2490.

my daughter wil get 483 in neet 2020 belongs to bc b catagory in telangana state in female catagory where she can get mbbs seat

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 12th Oct, 2020
Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 483 marks   you hold  a good chance to get a seat in  GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE

For example,
in neet 2019, 444 marks for obc category got a seat in GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURYAPET     under Telangana State quota

You also have chances in
* GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDANALGONDA
*GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, MAHABUBNAGAR

And a few more
