So for BAMS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it is 300+. As your NEET score is 280. you have mentioned that you have Maharashtra state domicile, so you will be able to take part in state counselling, but as you have scored 470 marks in NEET, and assuming you are from general category, by going through the previous years cutoffs it will be difficult for you to secure a government MBBS college.
And, also this years expected cutoff for Maharshatra state is also going to be sky high as cutoffs depend upon various factors and change every year.

The Cut off depends on various factors. But in Round 1 All India Counselling of MCC, the Cut off for Government Medical Colleges for General Category was: AIR 12348.
Now Coming on expected Cut off for Round 2 Counselling:
For this You can take a Idea from Seat Matrix available on MCC Website for Round 2.
According to latest Seat Matrix:
Total Vacancies =10537
Include Vacanices due to Non joining = 7172
Due to Resignation: 179, Due to cancel:16, Due to Inclusion of newly created seats: 682, Unallotted Seats upto Round 1: 2490.
Total Government MBBS Seats available: 4253.
For General Category: 2929.
So According to this, expected Cut off for Round 2 General Category Students can be around AIR 15000 to AIR 16000 (Some Students can also go with State Quota Seat).
