can u please say about 1st round councelling mean and who can aply for that

ARYAN SAGAR 11th Oct, 2020
Dear student,

First of all you must mention the counselling name that for which counselling you are talking about .
Now recently as the josaa counselling registration is going on, so I assume that you are asking about josaa first round counselling.

Actually in josaa counseling anyone who has given JEE mains exam can register. Even the non qualified students of JEE mains can also register in josaa counselling though they will not get any seat.
Now in josaa counselling after you have locked choices and when the first round starts, it means in the first round as per your choices and rank, you will be provided the colleges as per your preferred choice, if you lie within a particular range of cutoff ranks set by the participating institutes. And if you get a seat in first round, and, if you want, you can accept the seat and get your provisional admission. After that you don't have to attend all the remaining rounds and similarly the other rounds are also there like this.
The first round of josaa counselling will be held on 17th october 2020.

suchayitaanusaha 20th Nov, 2020

Hello,

Sorry to say dear its very difficult to get government BDS college in this rank. You know this year cut-off marks will higher than previous year. So you have a minority certificate but you can't get government college dear. For government bds college you have to score minimum 450marks. But you can get any private BDS college in counseling. You go for it.

my score is 543 and i am in obc female category from maharashta .In which govt colleges i likely to get admission in Neet 2020

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 11th Oct, 2020
Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 543 marks   you hold  a good chance to get a seat in  GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE

For example,
in neet 2019, 521 marks for obc category got a seat in  Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon  under Maharashtra State quota

You also have chances in following Government Medical Colleges
*Government Medical College and Hospital, Baramati

And a few more
