Counselling for Management and NRI quota seats occur separately to conveyor quota and that also occurs in phases same as conveyor quota seats until the seats gets filled.

Sorry to say dear its very difficult to get government BDS college in this rank. You know this year cut-off marks will higher than previous year. So you have a minority certificate but you can't get government college dear. For government bds college you have to score minimum 450marks. But you can get any private BDS college in counseling. You go for it.

Yes of course, if you want to change your preferences or choices of college which you have made earlier for Round 1 then you can change it as per your convenience. Or you can also go through fresh registration if you have not registered earlier. Also note that the registration process which has to begun from November 18th is postponed to November 20th and will continue till November 22nd as per the latest notification released by MCC.
