In 2019, under State Quota, 592 marks secured a seat in ESIC Faridabad under General Category. So with a score of 561, the chances for a seat in this College are tad difficult. But you might have a chance in Private Medical Colleges like Adesh Medical College, Panipat Medical College, SGT Medical College. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. There can be chances of your's to get semi government college with these score through state quota. You can try you luck during state level counselling. As you have not mentioned your state so its quite difficult to predict your exact college for your score.
