NTA provided a stipulated time until September 23, 2020 for the category correction. During the counselling, you will have to produce a proof for your OBC-NCL

you may however to email to nta regarding your problem and they might fix it for counselling

NEET in a national level exam and it doesn't have linguistic minority reservation at All India Level. Few States offer linguistic minority reservation at State level. And so you do not see it in the NEET Application level. But you can apply for that while registering for your State NEET
