If you fail to provide the valid certificate during the time of counselling you'll be automatically considered as a general category student. It is recommended to you that during the time of filling the application form for counselling you select for general category as you don't have the certificate. The worst case scenario in this situation is that your seat might get cancelled.

However you'll be eligible under OBC quota for state counselling eventhough you have applied for general category in AIQ counselling.

as you applied from general you can not go for minority even though you provide minority certificate. One can only apply during registratioj process, and provide supporting certificate. As you had applied from general you will not even be asked to submit the certificate.

Yes you can apply for both state quotas (delhi and bihar).
As you have done schooling from delhi , you don't need delhi certificate your educational 10th and 12th certificates are enough.

Let me get straight to the point and tell you that medical and Dental counselling of each state is independent of every other state.  Two States may or may not have similar counselling procedure. But for Karnataka and Tamilnadu let me tell you that you cannot use a caste certificate from other state should have been issued from the current state only. Also there is a category change in your case therefore I would advise you to get a new certificate concerning your cast e immediately.

If you haven't given the correct details then your candidature may get cancelled at anytime during the counselling/admission process. There was a correction window to make correction/change/edit the details in NEET UG 2020 application. You have make the corrections only within the stipulated time. NEET exam date approaching you cannot do anything now. You have to always double check the information before submitted the application.

In case you forget your neet application number follow these steps to retrive it:

1. Visit https://ntaneet.nic.in

2. Click on the link NeetUg-2020 and find application number.

3. Enter the same information you have filled in the NEET application form at the time of form submission.

4. Enter the candidate's name, father's name ,mother's name, D.O.B, category and security pin.

5. Click on submit.

6. You will get you application no. On you registered mobile number.

7. Make sure to save it lest you loose it again.

As per my knowledge concerned the document which you submit in application form is to be the proof at the exam so If it is aadhar card then you have to show aadhar card at the time of examination.But you should official once check it is passport allowed or not .

Talking about aadhar card you can get and e-Aadhar card from the portal so you can print it laminate it if you have lost the original one because getting aadhar card makes 15 days to deliver.
