It is recommended to you that during the time of filling the application form for counselling you select for general category as you don't have the certificate.

as you applied from general you can not go for minority even though you provide minority certificate. One can only apply during registratioj process, and provide supporting certificate. As you had applied from general you will not even be asked to submit the certificate.

Hello, Yes you can apply for both state quotas (delhi and bihar). As you have done schooling from delhi , you don't need delhi certificate your educational 10th and 12th certificates are enough.
