I have not been allotted any seat in 1st round of AIQ NEET UG 2020. I have already secured a seat through state quota. How do I exit AIQ and how do I get the security deposit back??

S. Saha Student Expert 19th Nov, 2020
If you don't want to participate in the consequent rounds of Neet all India counselling after round 1 and have not allotted any seat in round 1, then just skip participating in Choice filling for round 2. If you fill your choices for round 2 of counselling, then you'll be considered for round 2 of counselling. But if you do not fill your choices for Round 2 and skip that part, you can freely exit from the Neet all India counselling. Your amount will be refunded to you. The amount will be refunded once all the rounds of All India counselling get over. Check out this link http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-counselling-faqs

i am a student from J&K scored 417 marks in neet ug 2020 . i belong to ews category and i am a girl as our state has 50% reservation for girls . Can i get admission in mbbs .

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 15th Nov, 2020

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, your All India Rank might be approximately 100000-110000. Even with 10% EWS and 50% Girl student reservation, a seat in MBBS might be tad diffiicult. You might get a seat in BDS. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
