I got saifai medical College in first counselling my up rank is 1229 & EWS CAT 130.Is there any chance of Jhansi college in second

As you say, you got saifai medical college in first round and if you are not happy and not satisfied with your college, You can upgrade your choice in 2 round counselling and according to your marks and rank your college was upgraded or remain same..
Still their is no cuttoff release ,So you can compare your marks with previous year cuttoff..
For mbbs, precious year cuttoff rank is 50178..
