According to NTA (National Testing agency) for UGC NET exam, you can apply for this particular exam in the subject which you have done your masters in. In your case you have completed your masters degree in hospitality management so you can apply in management for UGC NET but not in tourism. To be eligible to do Tourism administration you need to do masters in tourism or related field.

No for Mathematical sciences you aren't eligible since you don't have direct subject intrusion to Mathematics/Applied Mathematics in your PG. But you can go for the Interdisciplinary Mathematical Science like Economics and Commerce and Management.
So as per your qualification you are eligible for UGC NET Economics, Commerce and Management provided you should have 55% marks in your PG and if you are a reserved candidate then you should have 50% marks in your PG.

SEE csir net exam held for five subject i.e earth science, life science. mathematics, physical science and chemical science . the eligibility criteria to appear in csir net chemistry is candidates must hold an M.Sc./BS/B-Tech or equivalent qualification in Chemistry with the required aggregate percentage. marks criteria is 55% for general category student. for sc/ st marks criteria is 50%. if you have studied chemistry in graduate course and have studied also in masters degree than you are eligible to apply.

The ugc net examination criteria states that you must have a post graduation degree with a minimum of 55 percent marks in any field. Since you have done M. tech so you are definitely eligible to pursue the ugc net environmental science examination. There is no age limit for the assistant professor role but if you are looking forward to the JRF role then the age limit is fixed to 31 years.

See from 2021 its being declared that to be a Assistant Professor in a college you need to have a PhD. Now if you have phD and then you want to apply for the job then you have approach the college website and see if there is any notifications related to vacancy. If there are no such notifications available or the vacancy section itself isn't available then approach the college directly.
Now there is a exam called SLET which is a state level examination. You can attempt this exam to be eligible to teach in college after MCOM. This is state specific so you have to search it out depending on your state.
Also there is a exam called NESLET which is for the North eastern states of India like Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Tripura . So after MCOM you can approach for lectureship in the college in the mentioned states.

After the selection is entitled to get rupees to be 25000 per month for one year and it may be extended upto 5 years at the supervision of his guide and the consent of the head of the Institutions or University where he is doing Phd. The student is entitled to get a rupees of rs32, 000 per year for his contingency. Every year student has to submit a certificate of no objection from his or her guide and the head of the Institutions where is doing Phd for further allotment of his scholarship for the next year.
UGC NET exam is conducted for Eligibility of Assistant Professor or Junior Research fellow . UGC NET will be conducted by NTA.
Candidates can apply for this exam after completing Master's degree from any recognized Institute. Also, they need to score 55% marks in the Master's degree (5% relaxation for reserved category). In your case, you are eligible to appear for UGC NET if you have cleared the above mentioned eligibility criteria.
