A candidate is eligible for appearing for UGC NET only if :-
You can apply for the NTA NET Exam only for the subject in which you have completed your master’s degree/equivalent.But in case, the subject is not on the list, you may apply for the related subject.

Yes you are eligible since the eligibility criteria says that you have to have a masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks in masters level.There is no age criteria for NET exams but if you are going for the JRF posts your age should be below 28years.However your masters should be in subjects recognized by UGC for all 81 subjects.

As per the reports Indira Gandhi National Open University has decided to promote non-final year or semester students, whose term-end exam (TEE) was postponed to February 2021, but now the varsity has approved a promotion policy which exempts students from the TEE. CSIR UGC NET exam for chemical science divided into three parts the main part of subject chemical science which is divided into four parts that is inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry and organic chemistry and interdisciplinary subject.
There is no option to choose any of the the chemical science part like inorganic/physical/organic.
Appearing for chemical science you will have to take the three sections of chemical science either.

If you have done M.tech which is a postgraduate programme then yes you are eligible to apply for UGC Net exam. The National Testing Agency has released the UGC NET exam schedule and form for 2021. You can apply online from official website till march 2, 2021.
