I have passed cbse class12(2021) through internal assessment but i have got only 69.8%, I want to give improvement exam. My question is can i give improvement exam next year(2022) as usual or I can only give improvment exam this month from 15th August?

Your class 12th percentage is good. But you won't get any good college with your JEE Mains percentile. 28 percentile is quite low to get into IITs or NITS. In order to get into NITs you need more than 97 percentile.
