i have gotten a seat under SNQ in 2nd round but i am not satisfied with the college hence i went with choice 2 by keeping this seat on hold and paying the kea fees. Will this seat retain if i dont manage to get a better in the next round? Also, By this seat i mean SNQ seat

Ayush 6th Jan, 2021

Hello candidate,

It's a simple process which is followed in the counselling rounds when it comes to seat allotment and acceptance. As you have already been allotted a seat in the counselling round and have been provided with the options to either freeze or slide your choice is for the next round it means that it is c ertain that you will get a confirm seat at the end of these rounds.

The only thing which you need to do is that whether you are satisfied with the current allotted sear, or you want to go for a chance to get a better seat in the further rounds but it depends only on the availability of vacant seats.

Hope that this answer was helpful for you. Thank you.

And yes you are not allowed to give JEE Advanced for year 2021 because you area student of that college.

Hello,

The detailed notification for AP PGECET Counselling is yet to be published. The document verification will be done after the payment of the Counseling fee. The document verification will be either in online mode or offline mode, you will know this after the notification is released. You need to upload the documents if it is in online mode and if it is in offline mode you need to report at the nearest helpline center to verify your documents. You need to carry the documents listed below for document verification

  • GATE/GPAT/AP PGECET hall ticket 2020

  • GATE/GPAT/AP PGECET rank card 2020

  • SSC certificate I

  • Intermediate or it's equivalent certificate

  • Study Certificate for class 10 to Graduation

  • Residence certificate for preceding 7 years from the qualifying exam which is graduation

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Income Certificate issued by MRO issued after 1st January of the year of admission.

  • Transfer Certificate

After successful document verification you need to exercise the web options as per schedule. Seat allotment will be released. After checking the seat allotment you need to report in the allotted college if you were allotted. You need to pay the fee specified by the college, submit your original documents and get admission. If you do now wish to join in the college allotted to you, you can participate in second phase counselling you do not have to report in the college if you do not wish to join in that particular college allotted in first phase.
