Hello candidate,
Its not a big case because sometimes the results for interview based decisions might take up to a week long because the committee needs to shortlist the candidates on the basis of various factors such as overall academic rate record interview marks and other key points. So, you need to keep your cool and wait for the results because if your short listed for for the next rounds you will be contacted through phone or emails.
Good Luck. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is UP

But when we go through previous data then
>>>>> with 325 marks
you hold a low chance to get a seat in School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida, sharda university, though cut off may decrease but there's considerable difference between your marks and last year cut off
For example,

There are few chances to clear the waitlist.
Only some student leaves the seat and creates a vacancy.
But your waitlist number is 413 it is a bit difficult to get a seat as seats are limited and admission is based on merit.
