Out of the two options that you chose, first let us focus on Delhi Technologocal University where IT curriculum is nicely taught, the companies offer jobs with salary packages 9-12 LPA. This college has experienced faculties, great infrastructure. Next comes NSUT is also a very good college and placements records are same as DTU. But the college life is somewhat strict yet amazing. But the stream core IT is better than ITNS in terms of placements.

Hope you are doing well. See Netaji Subhas University of Technology is a great institute to be in. However, it is all the more known only for its Computer related branches (including IT). While it has a real good placement scenario in software fields, its placements in core is not at par.

Therefore, it is recommended that you look for other opportunities.

Yes . You will need a character certificate for admission in JAC DELHI . If you have passed 12th and JEE in the same year. Then you will get it with your Marksheet of 12th from your school.

If you are a dropper, you can either go to your school again and contact the teachers, they will make your character certificate again. Or else you can go to any gazetted Officer e.g. local MLA/MP, any section officer or officer in high posts in government ministries. Also, don't forget to go for the document format of character certificate along with yourself .

Hope you are doing great there . See for sub category like defence do not follow some special trend when it comes to defence category . Since your percentile score is quite good , you might be able to fetch a seat in these valuable colleges , but nothing can be assured about which branch you will get . Also when it comes to admission under defence category priority 5 category students are given preference . To be eligible for NSUT one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics

Seats are offered through JAC Delhi counselling conducted on the basis of jee main.
