The NTA score and percentile are same things,they are your marks out of 100 after normalisation.
The normalisation process is simple and formula based, it depends on your shift, difficulty of examination, session and your marks also.

The final NTA percentile depends on the complete score score and not on the individual subjects. You can get a good percentile if you attempt only physics and chemistry but it best to focus on all three subjects and try to attempt them properly as it will increase your chances to get a good score.
