Hello Aspirant,
Your chances of getting in any college under Delhi University in BMS is tough with the given percentile of DUJAT. For OBC category as per the previous year's cutoff the rank required to get admission in DU in BMS lies between 239-5144. So You should try taking admission in some courses that takes admission on merit basis as your 12th score is quite decent. Hello, hope you are safe and healthy!
There are generally two sub divisions under the OBC category, i.e Creamy layer and Non-creamy layer.
The Creamy layer is considered to be the better educated part of OBCs and hold an annual income of Rs.8 lakhs or more. They are treated as equal to the General category.
The Non-creamy layer of the OBCs comprises of the families with an annual income less than Rs.8 lakh. A certification is provided to these families to exercise all kinds of benefits and will be getting the relaxation of age in competitive exams as well.
So, both the layers are not treated equal and do not exercise reservation. Only OBC-NCL category is eligible for reservation.
Hope you are clear!
