There are generally two sub divisions under the OBC category, i.e Creamy layer and Non-creamy layer.
The Creamy layer is considered to be the better educated part of OBCs and hold an annual income of Rs.8 lakhs or more. They are treated as
Persons with disabilities (pwd) having disabilities 40% or above degree of disability gets reservation in various exams ,jobs and other fields . For applying as a pwd candidate you must have proper paper work to prove it .You should have proper pwd certificate issued by the competent authority .
Dear student,
In such cases the applications are not cancelled of the students, but their reservation is cancelled. In your case you will be shifted to general category and will not be able to enjoy the benefits of being an obc candidate. Hope this helps.

At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling despite of OBC rank . You can still try in state counselling . Different state counselling cut

At 93 percentile your CRL rank comes out to be around AIR 65735 - AIR 77885.
As per the previous year cutoffs for B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering branch at NIT's, at 65000 rank it is quite impossible even to get admission in any of the NITs.
