Yes at 411 you can get private college but as per your category chances are quite 50% but don't worry and be positive. And if you are unable to get in Odisha I advice you to just change the state or nearby state as you know study will be same for MBBS . I am providing you our college predictor link which will give you a list of the college's. https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hello,
There are very less chances of getting a seat in any good NIT, you can try for NITs of northeastern states, there cutoffs are comparatively lower. Also you have chances of getting a seat in other government colleges, so give a try. I will also suggest you to go for other state counselings, like M.P, Haryana, Maharasthra, and many other states conduct their state counselings.
You can also use the college predictor, you will get all possible predictons of the colleges you might get based on your JEE main rank. https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
