Hello,
It would had been better if you had mentioned your category since the cutoffs are different for different categories. Assuming that you are from general category, you have less chances for government colleges for 85% State Quota seats. Preferences are better for private colleges.
However it is difficult to list the exact colleges, would suggest you to use our college predictor to predict your colleges and get the comprehensive list -
Thank you.
In 2019, the NEET general cut offs for OBC Category was 107-133. This year the cut offs are expected to increase. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Though we cannot predict the cut offs, 130 marks might be less for a seat in BHMS even in Private Colleges. If you want to study BHMS, you need to reappear for NEET in 2021 and for that if you are preparing from home, you can try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
With a score of 454, your All India Rank range is 73337-81607. You haven't mentioned your Category but Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. You have to participate in their State Counsellings. You can participate in the State Counselling for Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges of Telangana, UP, Karnataka and Kerala. This is where you can get a seat in MBBS with this score. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. It is difficult to tell you about the exact cutoff of NEET 2020, because cutoff varies each year due to several reasons, however if we consider previous year cutoff of Odisha state for general category the average comes out around 450 ( by taking average from the cutoff of all the government college). As NEET 2020 is said to be less tough than the previous one, you may expect rise in cutoff.

Hello
I see that you have already used the college predictor. I just want to tell you that the careers360 neet college predictor takes into account every detail hence I am sure that they must have taken the level of paper into account.
Now as per your marks you might be getting a rank around 29000. With this rank you might miss out on the All India Quota seat in SLN Medical College and Hospital but I am sure you can get it in the state counselling if you have the domicile certificate of that state.
Dear Aspirant,
Firstly congrats for such a good score.Your score in NEET 2020 is good enough to give you good medical college. As per last year's cutoff 560 and above was considered a safe score to get admission in medical college through All India Quota. With your score you can easily get seat in good government medical college through state level quota.
Considering all this,I think you should not take drop as it will unnecessarily waste your one year. Some of the expected medical college in Odisha with your score are:

2.MKCG Medical college,Berhampur
3.Veer Surendra Sai Institute of medical college and reserch,Burla
